Landfill Site - anti-litter Installation

The agglomeration community located in the Hérault department (France) brings together various services related to the territory and the environment for its residents.

What was the issue ?

Our client contacted us regarding an issue of waste scattering around their landfill site. Numerous vineyards are located around the site, and to protect the vineyard from papers, packaging, and other debris in case of scattering, we worked with them to find a solution quickly and reduce the nuisances associated with waste management.

Our technical-sales representatives visited the site to understand the client's waste scattering problem, took measurements of the site, and proposed a turnkey solution in collaboration with our in-house design team.

We installed an anti-litter netting system for waste on a section of the landfill site, covering a linear distance of 170 meters in one section.

This 3-meter-high above-ground mesh net effectively blocks all types of waste, resisting wind forces. On this site, we have 30% waste clogging for winds at 166 km/h and up to 50% waste clogging for winds at 130 km/h.

To meet our client's needs, we provided the entire project within 3 weeks, including installation.
