Description
Experience shows that the most important difficulty concerns the behavior of drivers and their preconceptions about the changes brought about by LiteCover® in their work habits.It is therefore important to convince through the implementation of training and strong involvement of management to generate change.
The delivery of the LiteCover® tarping system is coupled with driver training on the use of this new tarping system. This training lasts 1 hour and is valid for only one driver.
LiteCover® Implementation Follow-up
The implementation of LiteCover® is a medium-term project for which OTEXIO commits alongside its customers, waste collection companies, to change the work habits of drivers. This comprehensive follow-up is an integral part of the OTEXIO service when purchasing the LiteCover® system.
This methodology is applied throughout France thanks to the OTEXIO commercial network.
What is the procedure?
The system must be demonstrated and validated by the CHSCT (Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee) and employee representatives. Once equipped, we provide training for ALL driver users. We propose to have 2 annual meetings with driver representatives and the project manager to address questions and concerns related to the use. We provide reminders to drivers who wish to receive them, and so on until the utilization rate exceeds 80%.
